Aluminum Corrugated Composite Plate is also called aluminum corrugated composite board, composed of floor aluminum alloy material, corrugated core board and bottom aluminum alloy panel. The core material completes the corrugated shape by automatic mechanical rolling or continuous punching, therefore, increased in strength. The 3 layers are bounded by viation hot melt adhesive in high temperature and high pressure. Plate can be punched to have better ventilation performance.

Sound-absorbing non-woven fabric is available if needed which would serve better in sound-absorbing ceiling application.
